Our Infrared Moisture Analyzer Balance adopts the principle of microwave transmission to conduct real-time online moisture detection of materials. This device has a mature moisture detection solutions for sintering, coal, agriculture, building materials etc. and selected and designed for different field application scenarios and material to meet different requirements. It uses microwave technology to measure moisture. The phase shift and power attenuation of the microwave are caused by the microwave's slowing down and decreasing intensity as it propagates through materials that contain moisture. The material moisture value is then calculated using the regression algorithm to establish a correlation with the material's moisture content. Military-grade components with excellent measurement precision, stability, and site adaptability are used in the instrument's core unit. It can be altered to fit various on-site working circumstances.
